Return & Exchange Policy

At June 9 Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please read our exchange and return guidelines below.

1. General Exchange Policy (Size & Color Issues)

We offer a strict Exchange-Only policy for issues related to sizing, fit, or color. We do not offer bank refunds for returns.

  • You can raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order through our Returns Center.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • Exchange Processing: The dispatch of your new exchange item will only be initiated once we receive the original product at our warehouse and it successfully passes our physical quality verification.

  • Exchange Shipping Fee: A ₹150 return shipping fee applies to all exchange requests, regardless of whether the original order was Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid. This fee must be paid to process the exchange.

  • Condition of Items: All items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Mandatory Tagging: The NO RETURN SEAL, as well as all June 9 Clothing branding tags, must be fully intact and attached to the garment. If these tags are removed or tampered with, the exchange will be rejected.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We maintain strict quality checks and record a video of every product before it is shipped. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to facilitate an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: We highly recommend recording a clear unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us process any damage claims instantly.

  • Video Proof Required: To report a damaged item, you must provide a clear video of the damaged product (preferably the unboxing video). We will verify this customer video against our internal pre-shipping video records.

  • Tagging: Even if the product is damaged, the plastic tag and all original brand tags must remain intact. Do not remove the tags before recording the video.

  • Once verified by our support team, a reverse pickup will be initiated, and the replacement will be shipped to you.

3. Refunds & Store Credit Terms

We do not offer standard bank refunds for returns. Our policies for specific payment methods are as follows:

  • For Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: We do not issue bank transfers for COD orders under any circumstances. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled or is not desired, you will be issued Store Credit, a Discount Coupon, or a Gift Card. A ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from the product price, and the remaining balance will be issued as your credit.

    • Timeline: Store credit will be credited to you after we receive the returned product at our warehouse, it passes physical verification, and the COD money is settled into our bank account.

  • For Prepaid Orders (Damaged Items Only): If you received a damaged product on a prepaid order and do not want a replacement, we can process a refund to your original payment method. A ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

    • Timeline: Bank transfers will take 7-10 days to process after we receive the returned product, physically verify the damage, and ensure the original payment is settled in our bank account.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free), BYOB (Build Your Own Box) or promotions where free products are included.

  • Highly discounted products or clearance sale items.

  • Products where it is obvious that the item has been worn, washed, torn, or soiled by the customer.

5. Self-Shipping Process

If reverse pickup service is not available at your pincode, we will ask you to self-ship the product to us securely. We will credit ₹150 as a self-shipping cost via store credit once the product passes our warehouse quality check.
