International Return & Exchange Policy

At June 9 Clothing, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience for our global customers. Please review our international return and exchange guidelines carefully prior to placing an order.

1. General Policy (Size & Color)

All international sales are final. We maintain a strict No Returns and No Exchanges policy for all overseas orders regarding sizing, fit, color variations, or personal preference. We strongly encourage customers to consult our detailed Size Guide or contact our support team for sizing assistance prior to purchasing.

2. Exceptions for Manufacturing Defects

We enforce rigorous quality control measures, which include recording the condition of every product prior to dispatch. In the event that you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing defect, we offer an exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened. This documentation is required to validate any defect claim.

  • Claim Submission: Defect claims, along with the required unboxing video, must be submitted to our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. These records will be verified against our internal pre-shipping documentation.

  • Condition & Tags: The item must remain unworn and unwashed. The NO RETURN SEAL, along with all original June 9 Clothing branding tags and plastic tags, must remain fully intact and attached to the garment. Claims for items with removed or tampered tags will be declined.

3. International Return Shipping Process

If a defect claim is authorized by our support team, the product must be returned to our central facility in India for physical inspection using a courier service that offers doorstep delivery with real time tracking.

  • Logistics and Costs: Return shipping costs including import duties in India (if any), courier arrangements, and any associated logistics are the sole responsibility of the customer. June 9 Clothing does not provide reverse pickup services or cover return shipping expenses for international orders.

  • Customs Declaration: The return package must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods - Defective Export" to facilitate proper customs clearance. The sender is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes incurred during the return transit.

  • Processing Timeline: A replacement item will only be dispatched after the defective garment has been received at our facility and successfully passes our physical quality inspection to confirm the reported defect.

4. Non-Eligible Items

Exchanges will not be processed under any circumstances for the following:

  • Items purchased during promotional events, clearance sales, BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) offers, BYOB (Build Your Own Box) campaigns, or orders containing complimentary items.

  • Products that exhibit signs of wear, washing, alteration, soiling, or fragrance.
